I’ve seen many tests with modern games and every single one of them claims that this feature is next to pointless. This prevents crashing most of the time.īy the way, it has been proven that the Game Mode doesn’t bring any benefits InGame on a modern high-end PC. Through tests and consulting with friends (thanks, Howzet), I may add one more possible solution for you – leave the game in focus and without touching it for ~30 seconds after you launch it. The temporary work around involves disabling vsync on your GPU, disabling Game Mode in Windows 10 and disabling the full-screen optimization option in Windows for SWTOR. Bioware is currently working on a possible fix.
